Whether you work, stay at home, have one kid or 5, you are a mom and know what it’s like to be lacking in the energy department. This could be physical energy, mental energy, or a little bit of both. All you know is, this is not sustainable. Although everyone’s situation may be a little different; there is simply not enough hours in the day-or night-to get the sleep that your body craves. That probably isn’t a wake up call to most of you reading this, but don’t give up hope.
Now that the holidays are over and done with, the reality is starting to sink in that we still have at least two more months of chilly weather ahead. If your anything like me, the harsh frozen air makes me want to crawl under my blankets and hide. To say the very least, I have a hard time venturing out into the world when it is under 40 degrees outside. However, whether you are a parent or a nanny, unfortunately this is just not an option when the little ones are home. So, w
